BOOKING POLICY
We recommend reading our Booking Policy completely before you begin you booking with Spectrum Studios to ensure you fully understand and agree to all of our rules.
Alcohol Policy - Absolutely NO ALCOHOL on Spectrum Studio premises. This includes inside the buildings, parking lots, and sidewalks.
Smoking Policy - NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed in the building. Smoking is permitted outside 20ft from the building. Renter is responsible for clean-up of smoking-related debris (ashes, cigarette butts, etc.) before leaving.
Spectrum Studios may be used for legal business activities only. If illegal activities or unauthorized use of the Spectrum Studio is discovered Renter will be removed from premises, authorities may be notified and Renter will be charged a $500 fine in addition to full cost of booking as agreed upon.
Adult filming and adult productions are not allowed during studio rental use. If such activities are discovered, Renter will be removed from premises and will be charged a $500 fine on top of full agreed upon booking total.
The lease shall start and end as set forth in the lease agreement. Set-up and clean-up time must take place during hours set forth in the lease agreement. If additional time is requested, the Renter agrees to pay additional fees if the studio accommodates additional time. However, the studio reserves the right to deny additional time requests.
Filming and lighting equipment is not included in the studio rental fee, but it can be rented upon your arrival to the space. Renter is not allowed to use any studio equipment unless it was agreed with a studio manager and paid in accordance with the preliminary agreement.
Renter is responsible for paying for hours agreed upon even if they show up late or not at all. Use of the studio requires the following in advance:
- Payment of Deposit of the total booking fee
- Signed rental agreement, liability waiver, and releases for all persons who will be in attendance at the studio
- Photocopy of renter's valid ID
- Certificate of liability insurance
Total is due at time of booking. The date and studio/rental items are not reserved until total is paid and signed rental agreement is received by Spectrum Studios. Booking fee is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.

Q: Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my shoot?
A: No refunds, no exceptions.
Q: Can I keep my gear in the studio overnight?
A: Yes; a $300 storage fee will be applied to keep your gear in our space overnight.
Q: Can I move the date of my shoot?
A: Yes, shoot dates can be moved; a $300 rescheduling fee will apply.
Q: I’m running an hour behind my shoots start time, can I push it back?
A: No, your shoot starts at the time that you booked.
Q: Can I use the equipment that belongs to Spectrum Studios?
A: Studio equipment is not included in the studio rental fee. Equipment can be rented upon your arrival to the space.

Q: Can I bring my kids to the studio?
A: YES. Spectrum Studios is family friendly.
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Q: Total square-footage of the studio?
1,100 sq. ft.
Q: Height from the grid to the floor?
12 ft.
Q: Do you have a fog machine?
A: Yes. Included with booking.
Q: Soundproofed?
Yes.
Q: Can we film adult content at the studio?
A: Filming adult content is NOT Permitted on Spectrum Studios premises.
Q: Site rep?
A: An on-site manager will be present during the entire booking.
Q: Studio hours?
A: We work 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. every day. Extended hours are considered for at a separate price.
Q: Dedicated parking?
NO. Street parking only.
